Construction Management

In 2008, Tita­ni­um Real­ty Group LLC and W. Designè Inc have cre­at­ed a strate­gic alliance to pro­vide a one-stop-shop mill-work and con­struc­tion ser­vice for com­mer­cial and res­i­den­tial projects.
The two com­pa­nies’ prin­ci­pals have more than 40 years com­bined in con­struc­tion man­age­ment and cus­tom mill­work experience.

W. Designè Inc was found­ed more than 25 years ago in order to pro­vide pre­mier cus­tom wood­work and the finest crafts­man­ship for res­i­den­tial and com­mer­cial projects. It has a 40,000 sf facil­i­ty in Peek­skill, NY.
